INTRODUCTION
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
By participating in the Contest you are agreeing to these Contest terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network or platform. You understand that you are providing your information to Promotion Entities, and not to, Facebook, Instagram or other social network or platform.
The contest runs from June 23rd, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. to July 15 , 2025 at 12:00 a.m. During this period, two weekly prize draws will take place July 7th and July 14th
All correct guesses submitted during the contest period will also be entered into a grand prize draw, which will take place on July 15, 2025
The administratorâs computer is the official time-keeping device for the contest. Winners will be selected at random and notified by email the day of each draw.
HOW TO ENTER
Complete the entry form with your guess and click on âsubmitâ to complete your entry. Each entrant is eligible to submit up to one (1) entry during this round of the competition., regardless of method or combination of methods of entry or number of entries submitted
ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.
THE PRIZE
The May 30th draw the prize is (2) General Admission Friday Passes to the 27th Annual Tim Hortons Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival
The June 7th draw the prize is (2) General Admission Friday Passes to the 27th Annual Tim Hortons Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival
The grand prize draw, taking place on July 15, 2025, (2) General Admission Weekend Passes and a meet and greet for the two attendees withthe passes to the 27th Annual Tim Hortons Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival.
The use of specific brands as prizes by Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festivalâs decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The contest runs from May 23, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. to June 6, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. During this period, two weekly prize draws will take place. Two weekly prize draws will take place 1st on May 30th and 2nd on June 7th. All correct guesses submitted during the contest period will also be entered into a grand prize draw, which will take place on July 15, 2025. Winners will be selected at random and contacted via the email address provided with entry on the day following each draw. The administratorâs computer is the official time-keeping device for the contest.
Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival will make two attempts to contact the winner via email. If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
Prizes to be picked up by the winner at location arranged by the Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival unless otherwise instructed and agreed upon in writing the Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the Contest will be used by Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing socialmedia@southsideshuffle.com
If requested by Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival, the winner agrees to release their first name to any other competition participants.
The winner's first name and country of residence will be announced on Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival website and social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Southside Shuffle Blues & Jazz Festival reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the Contest or amend these terms and conditions.
